2. Returns & Refunds

• Policy: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
• Refunds: Once inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
