Terms and Conditions

Dispatch: All orders are shipped from our main fulfillment center within 2–5 business days of the order being placed, depending on the delivery method selected.
Delivery Timeframes: Most orders arrive within 10 days. During busy periods, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
Lost Packages: MUROK is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as "Delivered" by the courier.

Policy: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Refunds: Once inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
In the event of a pricing error on the website, MUROK reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund rather than ship the item at the incorrect price.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue immediately.
