Shipping policy

1. Fulfillment & Delivery

• Dispatch: All orders are shipped from our main fulfillment center within 2–5 business days of the order being placed, depending on the delivery method selected.
• Delivery Timeframes: Most orders arrive within 10 days. During busy periods, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
• Lost Packages: MUROK is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as "Delivered" by the courier.
